Homeowner/HOA Dispute Resolution
Help resolve conflicts between homeowners and the association or among homeowners. This can include mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. We will meet with both sides together and individually and help craft a proposed resolution for both sides. It will be up to both sides to agree. The parties will decide if they chose to adopt any suggestions or recommendations from the session.
