This cutting-edge facility, funded by SPLOST, proudly stands at 1730 County Services Road in Douglasville, ready to serve the community. Following the unfortunate fire that consumed the previous station in October 2023, this modern center opens up a world of sustainable waste management solutions. Effective immediately, residents can bring their recyclable materials such as mixed paper, plastic bottles, and cardboard to help keep our community clean. On December 22, commercial haulers will also be able to utilize the station, fostering collaboration towards a greener future. We're immensely grateful for the community's support through this transition, as we pave the way for enhanced environmental stewardship.
